so fedup... mom wan me take biotech... but i'm not interested in animal cell n stuff... 2 diff courses... how she wanna compare? 1 is abt food... 1 is abt animal cell n bacteria...

Sotong ball can leave to the Sotong Queen to settle. oso, mayb can be a dietrician too ... so can go into health or slimming biz ... but hor, i still interested oni in my ice cream, sorbet, potong ice cream, gelato, softee, etc, etc.
i say seafood so tt next time shawn can eat crab mah... hmm... better not.. or else he fight wid me for shark fin?!
ehh !! Fyi, you are doing food science, not gene manipulation or what not. Allergy is in the human one lor, not on the food leh. How you know what I am allergic too, without examining my body leh ? Get the facts right hor. So by going into food science, won't really solve my problem. I tell you what, you can try making ice cream, that won't make you fat. You try making Char Kway Teow, with no calories. You try making french fries ... without cholestrol. Try making wine and beer, that won't hurt your liver. As requested, making maggi mee, without making your hair drop. There are whole lotsa things you can do with food science. I am not really your supporter to be safe on the political side. Your mummy might have her own reasons for tell you to appeal. Maybe she don't like the food you cook or what. But nevertheless, its your decision, you call the shots, you are old enough and of course, with that, you must be serious about the course and make it big !! Else, you shall bear the consequences of choosing the wrong path. However, let me tell you a contingency if ever ever, you did not do well for this food science thingy. From now on, try to dress up nicely, be more feminine, don't scratch your legs (so that you have damn nice looking legs). Okay, if you start doing that from now .. 2 years later, if your results are really jialat, you would have become sooo attractive, you can prolly get a gold turtle (jing1 gui1). Then you no need to work and can become tai tai ... nice plan ??

i was happi for u when i heard u got what u wanted...food science. this is quite a good balance for u in respect of interest meet reality...of course it will be most ideal to earn a living through hobby, but reality is harsh...few can actually do that? in most cases, it is either one or the other. so for u, u have interest in the subject and the prospect is good as food is universal and especially alive and kickin in food-craze Singapore. I always believe that with interest one can sustain longer and achieve more. Go for it!
