Havin to think tt my skin condition was atopic eczema for 12years... i find it amaze to hear it frm e doc tt i just seen tt it isn't eczema @ all...
come to think of it... pretty true... frm e observation tt he done... that i dun really haf e symptom of havin eczema... no rashes n stuff around e joints... wasn't worsen cuz of diet... blah blah...
ok... i was seriously entertained by e doc just now... wen in tt time was serious... come out tt time was practically can't stop laughin frm wad he say n stuff...
hopefully... my skin condition really do cure....

one obvious wld be it's genetic. so wat did the Dr say it was then?
Dun get too carried away bcos of the Dr's humour or something said tt were favourable to u (ie things tt u wanna hear & thus agree) ... u got to do yr own research, ctrl & observation if u r determine to cure/minimise it.
of course, this Dr may also talk some sense, and hopefully he can provide the solution.
Western doctor like to refer to books ... so for all you know, they all come from book. Not because of diet but I guess you should also control what you are eating cos the chinese doctor will say seafood will make it itch .... When it itches, you will scratch lor ... Cut down on seafood (anyway cholesterol very high ...) but sushi can take lah ... Salmon good for health ! Don't take puffer fish though unless you want to Yi Du Gong Du !! Keep yourself clean and hygienic (not saying you don't bath but just in case). Last but not least ... Don't feel shy about it, talk to your family or anyone close about your problems and trying to solve it. Sometimes, it takes trial and error to find out your problem. But if you are determined to solve it, sure can solve one. If you think its hopeless, then it sure will be hopeless and it will just get worst.... Just believe in yourself and tell yourself that you are the prettiest woman on earth !!!
