Project 2 exhibition

Finally project II has ended... with an exhibition on 28th July 2008... at Blk N level 6...

Zucchini Booth... Next to the exit door...

and thanks Sock's group for promoting my group... when people looking for dustbin -.- cuz e dustbin just next to my grp de booth... n aft tt move out of e rm...


Last min decide to use lemon juice as e sauce... to enhance and bring out e taste of our food product...

And of course we can't forget the main star of the day... Our Zucchini product...


tired day... been in lab since 8am... til 12+... den exhibition frm 1-5 pm...

i miss e fun time we had durin project 1 exhibition... tis exhibition is more tired den fun... prefer project 1 de... mayb cuz e booth is smaller? hmmm

finally mark an end to project 2... 15 weeks of trial n stuff... phew... finally over >.<>

has 15 weeks really gone by? i can't believe it's near e end of e semester oredi!!

I'm glad dere's ppl tt like e product my grp created... dun deny tt dere's other tt dun like it too... Hidayah was askin me wen i can prepare it for her agn... hmmm...

Shi Pei!! i wan ur recipe!! love ur product too~~ and van too... ur famous dish... ugly naked chicken... haha...

Oh ya... Congrats to Van n Miao for gettin 2nd place :)

Project 2... trial 5 n 6

haven been updating abt my project 2 trials... so shall update for e last 2 trials tt my grp haf done... 1 more trial to go b4 e exhibition...


trial 5... added tomato n yellow pepper in e rice to add more color to it... rice too wet... kana frm TT agn -.- bt den... guess he still pretty contented wid e product...phew~





Had another trial 2day... n used his suggestion... finally finalise our product... wid lil more improvement for e colour contrast n stuff... n oso e rice...



TT say it's a proper meal... cuz gt e basic stuff for a simple meal... like carbo, meat, starch, blah blah...



1 more trial to finalise everything... n off to exhibition... gng to b havin e exhibition wid e yr 3...


best product for tis project will get either $150 food vouchers... or dine wid him n get to choose anything frm e menu...

glad to say tt my grp finally settle down n decided to focus on 1 product...

wonder if i shld thanx TT for tt "pep talk" tt time... in a way... make us able to settle down on something tt's relate to e result of e market survey we conducted...

bt den... hmmm e tone n e way he say... i guess... it can improve better... lest it piss more ppl off...

bt wadeva it is... strive to make it better :)

anyway... time to make tis dish a better 1... or e BEST 1 :D :P

within 2days... e min amt of market survey needed was hit... gt more den 50 replies... still aiming to get 100 responses... i believe we can achieve it :)

Had our 1st trial 2day... n glad it turn out well... n received gd comments...
