i'm enjoyin my time in poly.. cuz of those great clsmates i haf...

haf a great frien in poly leh... even though it's barely 1month... was surprise by it... u dun really c 1 w/o e other... really... other den goin for elective... :P (mayb i'm assumin e "great frien"part too soon... bt den... hu noes how e future will turn out?)

still miss my sec sch great pals... wonder how they're doin now... putri havin her exam... da stressin over her sch as well as work load... edith... hmm... no idea @ all... dunno wen we're able to go out...

i glad to haf such great frien in sec sch n poly... hopin to keep dem til old... Cheers to friendship!!!

busy wid reports lor.. wad else?! 3 reports per week sia...

bt gd thing is tt physical chem no need to type out report... jus hand in e data sheets can liao...

bt gotta say tt i'm glad i'm in e science course... cuz for business... gt tonnes of project to do... n aft tt oso haf to write report... hmm...

not forgettin to mention... dere's 2 project due by end of tis semester for me... n end of tis week haf to submit e title for physical chem... must thanx to ripperzz for helpin me in brain-stormin... haf an idea wad to do le...

anyway... gotta get back to my report writin leh... n oso to do research for my physical chem project!!!

2nd Intro to FS pract

finally it's intro to FS pract... had been lookin forward since last week... was suppose to b ytd... bt holiday... so replace on 2dae...

"playin" wid melted sugar... same grp as Qiu Miao, Lim Kiat n Benjamin (join our grp frm part 2 onward)

fun sia... esp wen those sugar thread was form... hmm... tink 1st part... ours we "cook" it until burn... not sure though...

den for part 2... diff grp do diff stuff... my grp was to add something to e sugar aft coolin down to 70 degree... we haf to add liquid glucose... e result as a lil disgustin lar... look a lot like glue... benjamin was sabo to knead e mixture wid his hands...

here's e fun part.. part 3!!!! e cls is divided into 2 big grp... 1 do e caramel (my grp is in here)... e other do fudge... it's really fun... n e product is really delicious... yummy... 1st grp to b done wid part 3...

den chit-chat wid my grp until lesson end....

den had to go ADC... oredi miss 1 hr!!!

in e end 4+ i zhao liao... cuz e orientation is really sian!!! haix... bt den.. dun haf pizza to eat... :'(

Adventure club was much better... mostly games lar... a lot of ppl sia... cuz mixture of yr1 n 2... Prashan was dere... bt he nvr c me until 8+... 9.15 den dismissed

ohh... 2day saw quite a few ppl i noe... esp my sec schmate... wen we're havin e "amazing race"... n i oso Annie!!! finally sia! since open hse... tis e 1st time i met her in sch!!!

was @ FJ... she didn't c me... den i call her... tink she was a lil surprise to c me... ask me regardin sch stuff... den she go n buy her lunch... so nice sia... cuz b4 she leave... she still cum n look for me 1st... n leave her direct office line no. for me... say if gt any prob jus call her... BTW... she my cousin... currently a lecturer @ NYP... for marketin... a lil disappointed tt she won't b my lecturer.. cuz i dun haf marketin as my course module tru-out e 3yr... or so i tink...

still found it funny wen Annie cum n look for me... my frien tot tt she catchin those not wearin lanyard... didn't realise tt we're related... lol! guess tt ytd incident scare us a lil...

1st intro to FS prac

wee... today start on 1st intro to FS prac... haf expected to do some tastin... bt den... durin tt period... still no xin li zun bei... cuz of e "special surprise" durin e orientation lor!!! gif me phobia of unknown drinks... n food....

1st: diff concentration of diff taste

2nd: blindfold n clamp nose... try to identify some samples... den remove clamp n do e procedure agn... den remove e blindfold n do it agn...

3rd: taste peach slice... c which 1 is diff...

4th: taste e chocolate milk n c which 1 is diff brand... ( actually veri easy... cuz e colour oredi tell liao)

5th: mango juice... taste n c which 1 most sweet... n rank dem...

6th: orange juice... rank accordin to preferences...

7th: milk agn... rank on how much we like...

General Character:
Pleasant and soft-spoken, Jie Ying has a strong determination to achieve her goals. Qualities such as patience and responsibility are found in her.

In class: She listens attentively to the lessons and is willing to work hard to achieve her goals.

CCA/CIP Involvement:
She is very dedicated to her Girl Guides. This can be seen through her participation in camps, parade and competitions.
