xin tong lar... aft all i'm 1 of those hu set it up... dun rmb hu suggested e idea...
tt time we set it up... reasons were: 1) for questa club, 2) a farewell gift for seniors, 3) to promote MFGG, 4) to let MFGG alumni to be keep updated abt life in MFGG... we were really active in updatin e web... @ least... for e photos section... addin interesting caption to it... n oso make it a point to collect photos frm seniors and gettin more detail abt mfgg...

ADC - rock climbin!!!
rock climbin is really fun!!! my 1st time doin it...
though my sec 2 camp oso gt...i didn't try... cuz scared... of wad... i dunno...
was late for cca... so miss e PT part...
was feelin scared while w8in for my turn... bt den... still gt climb lar... bt den... didn't manage to finish it... tink less den half e distance...
den aft tt e seniors show e diff skill n diff climbin method... speed climbin... tt's really fast... tt climber onli use 3 sec!!!
den we oso do climbin w/o ropes... bt den... for tt onli can climb up to 4-5 metre... we try tt...
n i'm glad to say... i'm able to complete e route tt e senior gif... lose my footin in e beginning.. den i try agn...
next wed doin actually adventure training course liao... or ATC for short.... rock climbin on mon n fri... most prob goin for fri 1 bah.. dunno abt it... can't w8 to climb it agn.... i wanna get to e top!!!

2nd Intro to FS pract
finally it's intro to FS pract... had been lookin forward since last week... was suppose to b ytd... bt holiday... so replace on 2dae...
"playin" wid melted sugar... same grp as Qiu Miao, Lim Kiat n Benjamin (join our grp frm part 2 onward)
fun sia... esp wen those sugar thread was form... hmm... tink 1st part... ours we "cook" it until burn... not sure though...
den for part 2... diff grp do diff stuff... my grp was to add something to e sugar aft coolin down to 70 degree... we haf to add liquid glucose... e result as a lil disgustin lar... look a lot like glue... benjamin was sabo to knead e mixture wid his hands...
here's e fun part.. part 3!!!! e cls is divided into 2 big grp... 1 do e caramel (my grp is in here)... e other do fudge... it's really fun... n e product is really delicious... yummy... 1st grp to b done wid part 3...

Zzz... jus finish my dinner... yep... @ 10+p.m... cuz 9.45 den reach home... 1st time stay in NYP til so late...
had cca orientation today... Both IT club n Adventure club... n e timing clash!!!
IT club: 3.15-5p.m
Adventure club: 5-9p.m
in e end 4+ i zhao liao... cuz e orientation is really sian!!! haix... bt den.. dun haf pizza to eat... :'(
Adventure club was much better... mostly games lar... a lot of ppl sia... cuz mixture of yr1 n 2... Prashan was dere... bt he nvr c me until 8+... 9.15 den dismissed
now dunno which 1 to choose... cuz both confirm timin clash de!!! IT is frm 3-6... den Adventure is 5-9... haix!!!

full day today...
brought my laptop to sch for e 1st time...
spend quite some time to connect to e sch internet network...
was plannin to use my laptop durin math lecture... bt no 1 use... so dun dare to use...
haix... Frau Lian not present today... so gt a relief tcher take over... a lil borin... e way she teach...
had lots of fun durin lunch break... though it's jus crappin wid my clsmate...
not forgettin e fun time durin our 1st intro to FS pract... though it's jus tastin some samples...
had a veri narrow escape today... nearly fine $10!!!

went to collect my O lvl cert n test jus now...

General Character:
Pleasant and soft-spoken, Jie Ying has a strong determination to achieve her goals. Qualities such as patience and responsibility are found in her.
Academic Performance:
In class: She listens attentively to the lessons and is willing to work hard to achieve her goals.
CCA/CIP Involvement:
She is very dedicated to her Girl Guides. This can be seen through her participation in camps, parade and competitions. Holding the position of Quater Master, she is responsible and meticulous in her work. Her CCA teachers find her caring and nurturing, especially in her interactions with the juniors. den physical chem... was locked out of e assigned rm... even e lecturer dun haf e keys... so in e end take another clsrm... was dismiss 1/2 hr earlier... cuz nth to do...

1st day @ sch... back to bein a junior agn aft 4 yrs...
was quite ok... except tt was nearly lost my way to e 1st cls... e whole cls was late for e 2nd period...
was suppose to meet candy @ e overhead bridge tis mornin den go cls together... bt she was late... so i go 1st... den can't find my way down to lvl 1... our campus hor... 2nd lvl is more convenient n accessible den lvl 1!!! did find my way to e clsrm aft all.. aft gettin veri fed up of findin a stair tt go down...
1st cls was maths... 1 word... Zzz!!! hmm... mayb it's e 1st lesson tt's y... was doin algebra... so suey... she ask ppl to go up do... n i was e 1st to b called! haix... den late dismissal by her... @ e last 3rd min...
was late for next lesson... cuz 1) late dismissal bt previous tcher... 2) not enuff space in e lift... should b can de... e 1st lift tt came down...e ppl inside didn't cum out... cuz dey go wrong lvl.. so w8 for next lift... so thing happen... but can fit a few more students... so w8 for e 3rd lift den go up... 3) none of us haf student card... so no access into e lab... until some seniors were goin lab... so follow dem behind...
for microbiology (MicFS)... do some microscopic work... wasn't really successful in gettin e specimen magnified to c wad we need to c... gt my thumb stain wen doin e stainin of specimen on e slide... till now... i can't get e stain off completely!
suppose to haf 1hr break... bt bcuz e lesson was extended... n haf 2 buy e lab coats n google... didn't haf much time left b4 e next lesson start... manage to get bubble tea though...
for inorganic chem... do crossword puzzle... hehe... seem like i return most of wad i haf learn in sec 3/4 to my science tcher le... cuz gt quite a few dunno how to ans...
3 new clsmates... 1 didn't turn up for orientation... e other 2 is late admission... so now my cls haf 21 ppl... which consist of 5 guys n 16 gals...
wen we go for e MicFS lesson... Alan stand @ his cls door dere 2 greet us... didn't realise was him wen i 1st saw him standin dere... n was tinkin... how cum tis crazy person stand dere keep wishin us "haf a gd day?!" aft tt den realise is him... lol

quite meaningful... it describe how some would neglect deir frienship as life go on... not keepin in contact... losin frien... sometime... we wanna catch up wid our frien... bt den... we found excuses for not doin so... by e time we do it... it may b too late... @ tt time... regrets will b dere...

currently... all of us r in diff sch, diff course... Putri in MF... Edith in TP, mass com... Da in NYP, hospitality n resort management... Me in NYP, food science... e distance n e schedule... will b affectin our frienship... e scale... i not sure... but i noe it will affect our frienship badly... i wan to b proven WRONG!!!
i do agree wid edith tt now common topic r scarce... we used to b able to talk abt anything under e sun... (mainly bcuz is put start e topic)... bt now... it seem tt aft a few min of talk... we're out of topic... we dun even chat on phone or msn liao... i dun wanna us to bcum stranger to each other!

Adventure Training...
tis mornin wen 2 sch for e adventure trainin...
decided to walk to sch... since it's early...
reach sch... didn't any of my clsmate @ auditorium... so went straight to sport hall... still c no1... started to sms amin, candy n vanessa... candy cum over to meet me 1st... while e rest w8 for joyice... Mel (our mentor) called me to ensure tt some1 turn up...
e trainin officially start @ 9.30... had e trainin wid PS cls... a ice-breakin game within our own cls... interestin facts learn durin tt time...
1) Amin like to sing in shower
2) Mel has 2 pet dogs
3) Sock Hwee noe ur neighbour by direct name
4) Mel is 38 yrs old (know tis durin lunch)
hmm... was surprise tt
1) not many ppl noe deir parents' anniversary... i tink onli 3-4 (includin me!!!) noe
2) I'm e onli 1 in e cls tt like classical!!!
hmm... den go over to e adventure park... play spider... both cls together... den crocodile river... den e last game was... erm... forget wad it's call... anyway... it's something like walkin on tight rope...
had lunch @ north canteen... complete wid drink n fruits...
go elsewhere for somemore bondin session... sharin e gd n bad impression/experience in NYP... n e gd n bad stuffs tt affect a cls...
went to tour e campus cuz candy didn't go for e sch tour last week... n oso to note where our lecture/tutorial rm will b...
was slightly disappointed tt we wasn't playin e obstacle course...
didn't realise how much energy e trainin activity is drainin frm me... so tired now... Zzz Zzz...
p.s now considerin to join adventure club...

mon: 0800-1100 (break frm 1110 to 1200) 1205-1255 lesson... home sweet home while other haf lunch...
tues: full day!!!! *faint* n onli gt lunch break!!!
wed: 0900-1100 (break1110-1200) 1205-1255... home sweet home while others haf lunch...

Finally e orientation end le...
2day like a waste of time... esp e CMS part... tink in e end for CMS... every1 go msn add FS0701 ppl... instead of explorin e stuff @ e NYP web... nth 2 explore lor... sian!
Next week haf adventure camp... wonder how it b like... most prob playin e obstacle course bah... those tt need climb veri high type... haf been wantin to play... hope tt day won't end up chicken out of e thing... i noe i did wen i go for e wall climbin durin sec 2 camp... regretted it...
hope e other girls goin... quite a few not goin.. n since e cls is small... quite a big % lor... Lookin 4ward to 10th April...

was doin a skit for e performance... E Memoir of an Ah Lian... quite fun lar... cuz it was made to b a comedy... 2 guy act as e Ah lians... den a gal act as e Ah beng...

Psychic...
Was watchin a tv programme "Psychic Witness" on sat nite wid wy... 2 stories were told... 1 was findin a murderer... while e other is findin a dead body...
e psychic power amaze me...
den i wonder... wad if i haf such power??? i ask my sis... she say she'll freak out... mainly bcuz she tot she'll c those spirits (frm case 2) anytime... which is not lar actually...
interestin power... aftall... it can really help ppl...

Once there was a wedding dinner. The dinner occupied one half the restaurant.
The other half was occupied by some Caucasian tourists.
As the wedding couples hop from table to table to toast the guests, the cheers of "KAN PEI" (Mandarin version of 'bottoms-up' - due to happy & joyous drinking) gets louder and louder.
One Caucasian gets more and more irritated as the couple get closer to him. "KAN PEI" ....."KAN....PEI"....!!!" The cheers continued.
Finally, the irritated Caucasian couldn't take it anymore.
He stood up on his chair and shouted. "IF YOU CAN'T PAY, THEN LET ME PAY FOR YOU!"
