Google is said to be the dream job of a lot of people.

We already knew that working for Google had certain advantages, but, believe me, this giant of the search motor takes the welfare of its employees seriously .. as shown by this decompression (stress) capsule that is impermeable to sound and light . . .

Moving around: A slide allows quick access from different floors . . . There are also poles available . . . they are similar to the ones used in fire stations.


Food . Employees can eat all they want from a vast choice of food and drink.

Work Station: Each employee has at least two large screens.
There are 4-6 'Zooglers' per office.

INNOVATION: Large boards are available just about everywhere because 'ideas don't always come when seated in the office' says one of Googles managers.

LEISURE . Pool tables, video games etc . are available in many areas.

Communication . . . On each floor, there are private cabin areas where employees can attend to personal affairs.

Was told by Erny to meet her @ clubroom @ 6pm ytd... bein so secretive n stuff, not tellin me anything... somehow... i gt a veri bad feelin.. n it was cfm >.<

But i haf gif my words tt i'll stay tru-out no matter wad... becuz a CCA is a commitment... not something tt ought to b take jokinly... come as u wan, leave as u like...

so wad if a junior has a higher rank den me? if he is much more capable, much more knowledgable in tis field den me... i believe he ought to b given tt chance... I seriously dun mind... becuz i doubt my capability to lead...

rank... it doesn't seem as impt as it used to... yes, it will look gd on e leavin cert n stuff... BUT...perhaps, it was cuz of wad i witness b4... it is not abt givin a person e rank jus bcuz he/she is a senior... i strongly believe tt it is given for e capability... for e effort put in...

I'm grateful enuff that e seniors recognise e effort put in by me... tt dey tink i can b given a chance... bt e truth is... i didn't really put in much... not as much as i had in GG... I onli try to make it to every event tt i can so tt Erny won't b so trouble findin manpower, findin some1 to oversee everything...

well... how things gng to turn out... we shall jus wait for tt day...


p.s. wen e rest r teasin me tt some1 cfm will get e head of dept... i jus smile along... bt in my heart, i dread it... not bcuz of e responsibility tt i'll haf if i do get it... bt bcuz i noe dere is some1 out tt hu is more suitable for it den me...

i still rmb tt time ilhum tease me for able to move up e ladder so fast, despite e fact tt i onli join @ e start of tis yr... @ tt point of time, i have oredi dun wanna haf tt post anymore...

perhaps it is kinda dumb to push away... aftall, hu won't wan to b part of e committee? i guess, i will b e onli 1? to push away not bcuz of e responsibility...

I'm glad to have really nice friends ard... And 2day i jus notice of another 2 nice ppl in my life... my 2 nice colleagues @ Guardian...

Workin wid Selvi ltr @ 3pm... she and Andy saw my work schedule... and told me tt i can go ltr if i wan to... cuz i haven haf any break frm work since last fri... Andy purposely call me jus to tell me abt tt... n selvi sms me soon after...


wish i can go ltr anyway :( aisah told me to do item listin n i haf to go all e way to Northpoint to do e printin... haix...

Was asked by Da to join dem for DnD... Cuz Selvi is sick n dere's vacancy... Decided to join dem since i dun haf any plan aft work... Yea, I was workin tt mornin~ @.@

Ask wy to help me prepare my dress... haha... e dress tt i bot for e Teenage party last yr... more den 1 yr liao... bot a new pair of shoe while on e way home... prepare n went to meet da on e bus...

As i was sittin wid da n erny... Was served the halal menu... 1st time tryin out a muslim 9-courses dinner...

Was suppose to b @ a diff table frm da n erny... bt i jus sit wid dem... hehe... not much diff... in fact still gt empty seat...

And guess who is one of the guest of the event?
Yep yep... Fann Wong... Cuz she's e ambassor for the New Moon Bird Nest... Each of us was given a bottle of Bird Nest for the toastin ceremony...

Great food was being served to us... And great performances were served to us too~ Performances by Safri Boys, By Definition and not forgettin the interstore dance competition... Left our table during the interstore dance competition so as to get a better view of e stage... hehe

1st up was Cold Storage... Adopting a musical scene from the musical Chicago... I scored them for deir dance...

Next up was 7-11... I scored them for deir costumes!! nice~ *post to e pic below*
Next up was Giant... They did a cultural dance @ e start... which change to pop music somewhere in e middle... I scored them for deir music... hehe

And last bt not least... GUARDIAN!! *ok i'm bias to cap n bold guardian... bt hu cares... haha* It's GREAT~~ the fire stunt and the costume and the dance... Awesome~ I score them for the stunt... *w8 patiencely for da to upload her vid of e dance*


Went backstage aft e performance to meet aisah n haf another round of phototakin session... And pretty surprise to meet Chris @ e backstage...

It was my 1st DnD... And not forgettin e 1st dinner event I went too... since I didn't went for my grad prom in sec sch...

Just rent a movie Quill frm e rental shop near my workplace ytd... wanted to rent 10 Promises with my dog... bt dun haf :(


It is about tis dog call Quill... How it is being selected to be trained as a guide dog... How he guide the blind man, Wanatabe... The whole story was narrated by Wanatabe's daughter, Mitsuko...


The movie is based on a real life story... like 1 Litre Of Tears... shall rent e drama series to watch durin my holiday... e uncle recommended e series... bt as sch jus started... can't rent a series to watch... so he recommended e movie version...


hopin that he will get 10 promises with my dog and Nightmare before christmas soon... wanna catch that 2 movies...

6 weeks... 6 weeks of holiday had gone by... n in few hrs... i'll b back in sch for yr2 sem2...


6 weeks... rather busy wid work... work a lot tis holiday... esp e last 2 weeks...


manage to meet up wid friends... organize e 1 yr anniversary Pitstomper outing... n oso e cycling outin wid guardian peeps...

haix... didn't manage to find another job somehow over tis holiday... argh~~ T.T no extra income~~ bt nvm... manage to cover up part of my expenses wid e aug/sep pay... whee~


quite a lot of stuff tt happen tis holiday...


still rmb how e 1st 3 week seem to pass so slowly... bt aft tt... in a blink, my holiday is over... n wad a great way to end my holiday by workin e aftnn shift... sheesh~

1st date since we official... went to bugis for dinner... den wanna walk frm bugis to esplanade... end up walkin to raffles place den to fort cannin hill n den to singapore museum n ended up @ douby ghaut...

was gng home wen randy called... he n wf saw us... tsk tsk... dun wanna show demselve... den still dare to call n ka jiao me... tsk tsk... wanna intro ken to u 2 lor~

took mrt home... ken send me all e way to my hse void deck b4 he took e mrt home...

p.s. 2day mark 1 month of e day tt we exchange msn in egen~


11th oct:
1 week since we 1st meet up... 2nd date since we official~ he came to amk to meet me... den we went to ice kimo @ thomson... den took bus n mrt to simei b4 hoppin on a bus to changi beach to look @ planes... really nice~ den off to pasir ris for andreas 21st bday party... slept on e bus n miss our stop... end up alightin @ seng kang n went to e opp side to take e bus... took a stroll @ pasir ris beach...

tirin day... bt i enjoy it lots :)
