It's been more than a week since my last (of the last) paper ended. It's time for to-do-list for me to complete while trying to decide what to do with life =.= hopefully can really really get everything done... Since there been a few time only part of it was complete @.@

Been busy since my last paper. Only manage to start slacking today~

Had worked at Career Fair 2011 from Thurs to Sun... For the 1st time, I'm working full 4 days. The last 2 years, I missed out the 1st day due to exams... Enjoyed myself this time round due to the friends I made this year... Still find it hard to believe that my partner for Career Fair 2011 is my seconday junior... Talk about the world being small...

Slack a bit on Mon by meeting up with deardear in the afternoon, before both of us leave for work in the evening... Dropped by JDA before I went to work to get some advice from Christin about preparing the crafting stuff.

Then last Tue all the way to Fri had been busy with preparing the stuff for Sat's flea market @ MF... Crazy among of cutting and folding and scoring and stamping! Create cards as well as card kits for sale~ Lucky, this massive production didn't turn me off from crafting, not even for a short while...

Sat was mostly spent at Flea market... Didn't go as well as I hope, but at least it's in a way a form of publicity for my cards, and manage to promote my blogshop as well... Got a customized card order!!

Spend Sat night with WY @ Icing Room... Drop by JDA to handover my shortlisted Feb HA challenge card... And also tell Christin how the flea market went... Went Bishan to find WY and start on the cake decorating~ Enjoyed ourselves...

And today, I'll be spending the time sort my wardrobe... Can't stand the messiness in it~~



Would be working 4 out of 5 weekend nights... Mon & Wed at Yogurt place... Tues and Fri would be teaching tuition... Left Fri for any plans to be carry out.




HOLIDAY HERE I COME!!! ^^

1st week

It's the 4th day of Jan '10... And it seem, 2010 may turn out better than 2009...

Since I got my license on the last day of 2009, I had drove the car twice. Bad on the 1st time, improve on the 2nd... Mom even compliment and say that my parkin is better than my dad ^^ hehe~ Triangle plates up... countin down to the day those two will be removed... 361 days more!!

1st day back in sch... Though I'm still in denial that sch have already start... Only two hours of lecture today as there were no pract lesson. Ended up, cls ended within an hour. So now waiting for Da for a meetup~

Got a surprise just now when Ms Sze wanted to see me... Though what happen and I have to meet her... Attendance? can't be, as that will be meetin TT, not Ms Sze... Her module common test result? can't be bah, since only meetin me and another person... PanYu 2 weeks attachment programme? Unlikely ain't it, since there are so many juniors who applied for it as well, and also the fact that my result are lousy... Just can't seem to conjure some reason up...

Meet her @ 1315 @ her office... Ended up, I was kinda right. It was for PanYu attachment. Just that, it's not just 2 week, but 1 month... Me and another gal... Both workin on different fyp but have to move around together as we are the only FS students and also that we're the only one there for 1 month and that both of us are gals...

1 month... This will be the first time that I'll be out of Singapore for so long... And it's also the longest that I'll be out of Singapore... Thought going round and round in my head...

Anyway, for yogurt place... Pay increased to S$5.20 per hour... I thought will only raise this month... But yesterday was told by Jerry that pay raise started frm 1st Dec... I was surprise when I hear that... Cool~ now I got more $$~ haha... Bad news is that I have to cover YenLing frm 11th-14th jan as she's oversea... Never mind~ then I gt more $$... Just a bit sian that that day on New Year Day I work 12hours... Though will get 1.5X for pay... end up only additional S$2 per hr... Lose around S$7+ cause of the difference between 1.5X and S$2 sia!!!! gosh~

Talkin abt pay and Panyu... I wonder if I can get 1 month off frm Yogurt Place... If I can't, it's rather pointless to cont' workin aft april isn't it? Since my pay will drop back to the S$4.50 pay... Shrug... need to talk to YenLing/Jerry about it...

seem to be a good start for now... though dere was lil mishap n stuff... @.@

In 2009

In 2009...

...I watch 45 movies,which including 2 marathons.

1st marathon was with BTP, watching 3 Pixel movies @ cineleisure... 2nd movie maranthon was wid Da, watching Twilight and New Moon @ vivocity... Totally love it ^^ The rest? Practically all wid Deardear... From animation to action to horror... Average ard 1 movie each week! GOSH!! Thanks to the GV movie card that leemei help me get, the Cathay gift card that XiaoYi give me as well as being a study... manage to save quite a lot on movie... n also that sometime, deardear sponsor me for the movies~

Oh, and not forgettin that it's the 1st time I watch an after-midnight movie, on Boxing day with Deardear


...I went for 2 oversea trips during the winter season.

1st trip was to Sydney, Australia as a study trip with my clique and Mr Khaw... Totally love the weather there. And not forgettin that it was the 1st time going oversea without my family...

2nd trip was to Korea with family... Didn't enjoy as much I had for Australia... But pretty much enjoy it... Tried out skiing, making own kimchi, wearing the traditional korea costume... And not forgettin caught tt little snowflake~


...I signed up for 5 membership
1st: Jigsaw Puzzle world membership, with S$250 purchase I tink. Got hook to jigsaw puzzle in Jan... And had been buying jigsaw almost monthly... Except for aug to oct period? Had tried out different jigsaws. My favourite? The panorama as well as those miniature jigsaw... Not forgetting that I compeleted 2 set of 1000 pieces jigsaw... ^^ But yet to complete that 2000 piece winnie and friend jigsaw (wonder when I gng to complete that??)

2nd: Action City membership in Jan, with S$50 purchase... Had sign up when I bought my jelly-lens... But didn't really use that card cuz hardly go Action City to buy anything.

3rd: Made with Love membership in July, with min of S$5 purchase... That was when I get very very into cards making and stamping. Started to invest in stamping as well as crafting material. Actually, this is more of a loyalty card then membership...

4th: Junior De Artist membership in Aug, I think? Had sign up cause of the great promotion offered to the members. And boy am I glad to sign up for this, even though this is the most expensive membership that I had sign up... S$120!!! But brcause of the membership, I had save $500+ in the purcahse that I made in the following month. And not forgettin that the goodie bag is totally worth it ^^

5th: Popular student membership card in Dec. Mom help me sign up for this as she feel that I need it pretty often. And having two cards at home will be more convenient since me and my sister keep kopin the card and forget to put it back.


...I got my license!

Sign up in late Feb... Cleared by BTT on the 1st try, FTT on the 2nd try and finally TP on the 1st try (nope not 3rd try -.-)... 1st lesson was on the last week of May, taught by Paul... And the next lesson was all the way in July... One reason cause there isn't much slot left in June and that I went oversea as well...

It was fun learnin to drive, even though manual can be a lil bit more troublesome, as need to control the clutch. But somehow, I prefer the manual one more... Perhaps it's because I'm use to drivin that? *cross finger that I get to drive durin CNY)

Got my license on the last day of 2009. What a good way to end 2009 ^^


...I had non-family member sleeping over

Fel was the 1st non-family to sleepover at my hse. Original plan was stayin over at her camp... but due to circumstances, ended up at my hse...

Deardear being the 2nd to stayover... Had went for an after-midnight movie @ amkhub... Ended at 4am, and deardear don't want to waste money on cab... And see-ing that I'm very tired, he pei me home and keep coaxin me to go rest... Ended up I fall aslp next to him, while he's usin the com in my livin rm...


... I had a sleepover at a frien house

Sleepover at fel hse... which, prior to that, she came all the way to amk to look for me at work and take the train with me to her hse... Her maid cook a super duper nice dinner!


... I had lots of emotion sea-sawing

Emotions really on a sea-saw this year... Ups and Downs... Not that a lot of stuff happen physically around me, more like mentally, emotionally and psychogically...

Break down in April had impact me so badly that I nearly did something that I'll regret. But thanks to those around me, who been offering a hand to me each and everytime, I woke up, I stood back up.

Too much going on inside me, that lead to many little meltdowns and another breakdown. In a way, I'm glad for this happening, for it had enable me to see, who are the ones who are really there for me, concern about me. Those who had been there for me, thanks for the listening ear, the shoulder to cry on, the lending hands and most importantly, the time and effort.


... I had lost some, gain some

Lost some friendships
Gain some friendships.
Lost some naiveness
Gain some experience.
Gain some new skills

In a way, 2009 had been an eye-opening year for me. A year that I had accept quite a few stuff, which I had realise of previously, but just won't accept. It's a way that I see certain stuff clearer and better. It's a year that I start to make changes around me.

Friendships, cca, work... Each had a lesson, a trial, an obstacle... providin me a chance to learn, to gain experience, to grow. And it also became chance that cause me to change.



Overall, 2009 had been really eventful. It had been both a great and a bad year for me. But I know, things happened for a reason. I may not know why it happen, but in due time, I'll find out. Like how certain stuff in the past had lead to what I may have gone through or will be going through this year.

All I hope is that, 2010 will be a better year.

Fallin sick?

Seem to be falling sick for real this time.

Sore throat since the start of the day and it just seem to get worse. A lil headache as well... haix...


Manage to get off, despite that I only inform my i/c @ 12.38am when I'm working at 10am. There goes my $30 :(


Hopefully dad won't end up dragging me to the meetin... I rather go work in sickness than to go to that meetin *cross finger* though I know that gng to work in sickness is way worse than anything.

This year, start something else new for me... Exploration trip as well as something else... hehe... Those may be the 1st for me, but i'm totally loving them ^^

Mini Funfair

Help Mom with her school mini funfair ytd... Thanks Fel for helpin out as well!!

wake up early in e mornin @ 5+am!!!! and seriously, I can't rmb wen was e last time I woke up so early in e mornin...

Went down to sembawang and bot breakfast 1st, before going to the center. Take e necessary stuff then report to another center. Bot e needed stuff for the funfair and report to e venue of funfair...

Was appointed by mom to b e videoman durin e settin up... so i just walk ard and take vid... And ended up not fetchin Fel frm e mrt station...

zZz... didn't noe dad was helpin out as well =.= make me lost 3hr of slp T.T


Anyway... was suppose to help out for craft session... aft tt i go look look see see~ ended up sellin e coupon... den aft tt was called to help out for 1 of e game station as there too many ppl!!

Can't believe it's only a 4hrs event... Feel as if I had spent the whole day there...

Cleared up at 1pm... Count the sale of coupons before reportin back to the center...

Lunch was kfc and pizza hut~~ Chit chat wid mom's colleagues...




Somehow, it's only today that I realise how well the staffs know me. Like what I told Fel, quite a few of them see me grow up bah... But still, really surprise by what I realise. Was surprise enough when the cook called me by my family pet name... Was even more surprise when she asked me if I'm still working at guardian!


Totally enjoyed myself today. Though I'm totally shag to the point that I just knock out @ 6+pm and slept til 8+pm... Had a chat with Deardear to cfm plan for ltr of e nite, and I ended up fallin back to slp, cause deardear havin to come up my hse, instead of meetin downstair and go straight for a super late dinner for both of us...

Startin to really ponder, if I should really take up Early Childhood aft I gt my FS dip... I know that I like working with people, especially with kids... And given the past few times that I had help mom out for her sch stuff for this year... It just drew me more n more toward Early Childhood, esp so wen mom urge me to join Early Childhood...

Shall think carefully about this option. All I know now is that, this is my 1st choice upon graduation.

Almost 2 weeks gng to pass since e last time I post what I'm gng to do durin my holiday...

Busy but fulfillin for these 2 weeks... And it's finally mine to spend since end of exam~ afterall... I did enjoy e freedom frm sch after the exams... but that Saturday and the whole week after that was totally occupied by CCA production (as well as work actuall)!!! Therefore~ i'm ultra glad for these 2 weeks ^^

15th (Tues): Deardear came over before his movie... Then I went for my one and only Auto Vehicle pract lesson...

Tues - Thurs: Production rehearsal... 12-10pm

Extra Income

Found myself an extra income for the holiday...

Got myself a job as video editor... woots~ though it's just S$30 for the project... and additional S$3 for each revision... well... @ least it's better than nothing no?

A good way to spend my holiday and kill those time when I had to be somewhere which I can't do much stuff...

Somehow, I just hope... that I'm able to do a good job for it and that in the future will be approach again...

Can't wait to get the last paper over with...

Had to research and do a presentation on a company for my communication skill project in week5,which is actually just next tues~~ *faint*


had a hard time tryin to tink of a company cuz i was thinkin along e line of tour guide or counsellor...

bt thanks to deardear, manage to sort out and decided on a company to focus on ^^ cuz ended up tinkin toward my ultimate goal in life... hehe

time to research n prepare my presentation... ^^ n oso work on ICA 1 & 4... zZz...

End of holiday... so let's look bak @ e 'aims' tt i had set for my 7weeks worth of holiday...

Excursion Trip to Zoo

2nd day for helpin mom wid her sch excursion... went to e zoo wid her K2 students...

if i was 1/2 dead for e field trip ytd... 2day is far worse... totally energy drained!! was knocked out frm 7+ til 10pm just now @.@

told mom while on e way home: i just bot a bunch of monkeys to the zoo to look at more monkeys @.@


ok la... it wasn't really tt bad... perhaps cuz we been walkin ard e zoo for e whole day... which is way more energy drainin den ytd... cuz ytd onli 1/2 day... 2day 1 whole day...

e kids r really lively... some of dem left quite an impression on me... ^^ startin to miss those kids oredi...


can't help wonderin while we're @ e zoo... wonder hu is e tcher, hu is e helper =.=" seem to b tt i'm in control of e cls all e time!!! bringin dem here n dere... tellin dem abt e animals... plannin e route to see e next animals... gettin dem to queue up... dng e headcount... Gosh~ I'M DOING ALL THE WORK SIA!!! *no wonder i'm energy drained =.="*


anyway... 2day trip to e zoo is a enjoyable trip... wid e company of those kids... n oso e fact tt it's been a ultra long time since I last wen to e zoo...

1st day @ career fair

1st day @ career fair... basically like runnin ard everywhere wid miao!!

actual duty is to be seminar rm gal @ meetin rm 305... bt tt rm is onli needed on sat... so kinda 'duty-free' for e other 3 days... so was appointed to help out @ coach bay...

reported @ 11am 2day... ended up dng registration for 601... den i was told to go help out @ lvl 1 registration due to e overwhelmin num of visitors... 'abandon' miao @ lvl 6... den had lunch @ 1 wid miao... report @ coach bay @ 1.45...

sheesh... of so many buses tt suppose to b dere... i believe dere's more den 10 buses tt shld come... onli 1 stop @ our side... e rest stop @ e front of suntect convectional hall =.= so basically... me n miao were really slackin dere aft havin to allocate e stickers needed for e sch...

bak to helpin out @ registration booth @ lvl 1 agn... lesser ppl... n oso e fact tt dere's a lot more hands now... so rather slack in e aftnn... chat wid e peeps dere... n oso spendin time sms btp, da n deardear...

practically starvin by ard 7+ T.T can't get away to eat something... n dere's no dinner provided!! so wen to cafe wid xj n sp aft work to fill my stomach...

was rather surprise to c my ex-clsmate dere... sec sch clsmate, thomas and pri sch clsmate, weiping... more surprise to c weiping... cuz e last time we meet was 7yrs ago? thot i recognise e wrong person... until he actually did say hi to me while @ smo...

both of dem havin attachment dere... n it kinda make me wonder... how will my attachment b... *shrug* still gt a sem to go b4 gng for attachment...

can't w8 for sat actually... @ least it's something tt i haf done b4 *recall e food science conference tt was held last holiday in sept*

Finally... A farewell to yr 2... officially ended yr 2 today wid e Safety & Quality paper @ 2+pm...

kinda find it hard to believe yr 2 is over... gosh... attachment n fyp comin... in like another 1/2 yr more...


anyway... finally registered for my car license... will b takin e theory trial test next wed... wish me luck!!

my schedule practically fully packed til e 3rd week of march... wid work n fun... haha... right from the min I went out of my exam hall...

1st thing on e list was to register for my car license as mention above... den rush down to orchard to meet Jenson to help him out wid his project... den meet deardear @ somerset to try out Shokudo at Heeren...

Will b workin tml @ 5pm.. can't celebrate grandma's bday... ain't suppose to work on thurs, suppose to work on fri 6pm... in e end change wid Jamal cuz i wanna join e stomp peeps @ pitstop on fri nite... oops~

will b out wid btp on fri... gng to makan @ yuki yaki!! hehe... such a long time since i 1st meet her... practically 2+months!! mayb shop ard a lil den meet up wid e stomp peeps... miss dem!! haha... n shun bian cfm attendance for my chalet...

Despite it raining so heavily wen i went out 2day... however i feel tt it's a gd start to my holiday... wid e most obvious rainbow tt i ever seen in my life so far... n bein me, i can't stop e urge to take a pic of it :)
ok... mayb it ain't tt obvious in my pic... bt seriously... it's real beautiful!! kinda remind me of e double rainbow tt i seen quite a few yrs ago wen i @ e custom to malaysia...

wen i show deardear e rainbow... he told me tt he gng to say he colourblind can't c e rainbow when he spotted it... haha...


may my 6-weeks holiday be as colourful as the rainbow :)

Lots of thanx to Jenson for the job recommendation... To work @ career fair as usherer... S$65 per day... 10hr per day... 5-8 march...

Hope to get it... cuz can earn ard $200+ for jus tt fair... gng for interview on mon~


anyway... hear another thing tt gng to take place at e same date... which is LTC!! Regina asked me if i'm interested to b OGL agn tis yr... of cuz i m!! bt since it clashes wid the fair... may not b able to take it up... however i told regina tt i'll inform her next week... so if no luck wid e job... to LTC i go ^^

n bcuz of tis 2 events... chalet for sushi gang most prob will b on e veri original date tt i proposed... 2nd-4th march... shall c how everything turn out aft the interview next mon...

longest shift ever since i start work @ Yogurt Place... 6hr~ frm 10am til 4pm... actually longer den tt... work until 4.30 i tink? due to e sudden crowd n oso e stupid cashier prob tt pop up -.-"

practically bored to death cuz of e lil customers in e mornin... n workin wid xp onli make it worst :( bt wad choice... i'll b workin wid her for all my shift if i'm wrong... unless she's off... kinda miss workin @ guardian... @ least get to sit down to slack n stuff... n of cuz of those regular customers tt i known dere >.<>

deardear came to fetch me frm work~ hehe... went home to drop my uniform n grab my jacket before headin out agn for our movie @ AMKhub...

had dinner @ suki sushi... 1st time gng wid deardear... glad he like it... wonder if it's e headach or e movie make me dun haf much appetite >.< n it doesn't help wid him sayin how e udon look like brain n stuff -.-

den deardear went up to my hse to bai nian... 1st time he came to my hse for a visit... chat wid parents, or rather i shld say mom :P stay for quite awhile b4 he left @ 1030...

plannin to go his hse to bai nian on fri... jus hopin e headache no longer bug me by that time... irritatin headache...

3 days of hse visitin frm fri to sun... can't w8... can't help wishin thurs has oredi ended!!

New Job

Was fetchin noelle jus now n drop by yogurt place...

YenLing ask if i'm still interested in joinin dem bak... hmm... since she ask... y not... haha... told her tt i can onli work 2-3 days per week nia... n she say jus nice cuz she onli need those 2-3days de...
